Attending our company’s National Conference two weeks ago, and then coming home to learn all of the new info and teach it to my sales team has put my blogging routine into a bit of a tailspin!
While I am off my normal schedule on this hobby, I am really glad that I’ve had our Freezer Meals prepped and this “Salad Challenge” in place because they’ve allowed me to keep eating healthy even when I can’t make one more decision during the day 🙂
Instead of reaching for junk during this higher pressure time, I’ve been able to rely on the yummy dinners I had already shopped for and assembled, and I’ve also been able to just keep grabbing whatever veggies and protein we have on hand for a tasty lunch.
Energy stays up, focus stays sharp, and I’m not wasting time trying to figure out the age old question of “What should we eat?”
In real time, tomorrow will be my “Day 30” Salad (although I need to post 14 more recipes on here to catch up to it), and I think this may be a habit that stays with me for a while!
